By accessing or using the Life CPR website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.

Description of Services

Life CPR provides American Heart Association (AHA) certified CPR, AED, and First Aid training courses. Our services include:

• Public CPR certification courses
• On-site corporate training programs
• CPR certification renewals
• Healthcare provider training
• First aid and emergency response training

Course Registration and Payment

Registration

When registering for a course, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Payment

Course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled course will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Certification

Upon successful completion of a course, you will receive an AHA certification card valid for two years. Certification is contingent upon:

• Full attendance and participation in the course
• Successful demonstration of required skills
• Passing the written examination (where applicable)

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Arrive on time for scheduled courses
• Participate fully in all course activities
• Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Not use certification for fraudulent purposes

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of Life CPR Instructor or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Life CPR and our instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use them. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course in question.

Disclaimer

Our training courses are designed to teach CPR and emergency response techniques according to AHA guidelines. However, we cannot guarantee that certification will result in successful emergency intervention. Proper application of CPR techniques depends on many factors beyond our control.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Life CPR, our instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Life CPR operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
